Viña Albali Frizzante is an aromatic beverage, sweet and very light.It is made using Verdejo grapes. The white variety is made from the Verdejo grape, known for its high natural acidity, which imparts freshness and balance along with distinctive fruity aromas. The relatively low natural sugar content of Verdejo contributes to the lower alcohol level, adding a subtle sweetness.

Region

The area of Castilla-La Mancha, located in the central plateau of the Iberian Peninsula, is the world’s largest vineyard. Varietal wines, grape juice and sangrias are produced in this vast wine region. Airen and Tempranillo are the most typical grapes from this area.

Technical Information

The Verdejo grapes are harvested at dawn in early October. Cool night temperatures allow the grapes to retain their wonderful aromatic nature. After a gentle pressing, it is fermented at a controlled temperature (below 13 ºC) to preserve its freshness and fruity character.
