Viña Albali Verdejo Organic Wine is made from a carefully selected verdejo organic grapes hand-picked from our vineyards. This type of wine is made from grapes grown in accordance with principles of organic farming, which typically excludes the use of artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides.

Region

Like France’s Vins de Pays, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla is a Spanish geographic indicator for wines from the autonomous region of Castilla-La Mancha. This is a region at an altitude of 700m covered with limestone and argillaceous soils that endure scarce rain falls.

Tasting Notes

Pale lemon in colour with aromas of ripe peaches and tropical fruit flavours, this is crisp and weell-balanced white wine.

Food Pairing

Great match with fresher, lighter cuisine especially fish and seafood dishes from sushi to calamari.

Wine made with Verdejo ecological grapes selected from our vineyards. The grapes are grown according to the standards and regulations of organic farming, such as the use of natural organic fertilizers in the vineyards free of fertilizers and pesticides. The grapes are collected manually and with the same ecological criteria in the winery, all natural processes and treatments are carried out until this organic wine is obtained
